Wolfie’s TERMS OF SERVICE
These are the terms you agree with when you commission me.
Make sure to read them as whenever you do business with me, you will automatically agree to them.

❥ General Terms
1. I reserve the right to decline your order without giving you a reason to why.2. You may not use your commission for commercial use. This also include any type of bitcoin, AI, NFT or crypto. You may use it for non-profit, so like desktop wallpaper, profile picture, also, you’re more than welcome to print the drawing and hang it on your wall etc.3. I have a life outside social media, such as school and other private stuff, you can expect wait time to be between 2 weeks to 3 months, however I usually try to deliver within the 2 week’s time.4. Do not rush me! Asking for WIP’s and updates are okay within sense, but not daily. Additionally, you will be informed if anything should slow down the initial estimated delivery.5. I’m NOT comfortable with my artwork being reposted with the exception of Toy.House. Please consult with me beforehand if you wish to repost elsewhere. I will most likely decline. Giving credit is a MUST.6. I am allowed to post the artwork anywhere as I still uphold the right to my work. If you want a private commission you must state it at the beginning of your order.7. I do not work on weekends [Saturday, Sunday], as they are my days off. I’d prefer if you do not ask me about your order process on these days unless we have a different agreement.8. You are NOT allowed to remove my signature or watermark. Also I, WolfieYote, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the customer.Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Promote myself with it everywhere- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)- Display it everywhere to my liking
(website, social media, etc.)- Post it wherever I want.9. Payment is upfront, no exceptions. If you are a returning customer or is a mutual of mine, payment can be sent after you approve of the sketch. If you are underage, I need your guardian’s permission- it is not my responsibility if you have ordered without your parent’s consent.10. Do not complain about the pricing if it is not within your budget. It is unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable to me.
❥ Payment & Process
1. All payments are in EURO currency.2. Payment is upfront, if paying with PayPal it is via invoice! So do NOT send me any money before we’ve established your order and I’ve secured you slot. Additionally, if you do not have PayPal—Artistree, Stripe or payment through Ko-Fi is a-okay too.3. I will send you a sketch for approval after payment has been made. Refunds are not applicable unless I cannot finish your order.4. If I somehow cannot finish your commission, you will be fully refunded.5. The only time I can offer a somewhat partial payment for non-mutuals are with larger pieces such as sketch pages or detailed reference sheets. By partial payments, I refer to payment plans.6. If you’re paying through PayPal please be aware that due their horrid fees they charge me with, I will always add 5€ on top of the base prices under 30€ - anything above 30€ will get 7€+ added on top of the base prices I will discuss this with you beforehand.
❥ Communication & delivery
1. To order a commission, you must contact me via Instagram - there, I can provide you with my Discord for alternative communication option.2. The communication process will be held through Discord or Instagram, however files, such as oc references will have optimal quality via Discord, it is up to you though.3. All of my work is digital only. High resolution will be provided to you through email or Discord. There is no physical product.
❥ Refund / cancellation policy
1. As stated before, if I for any reason am unable to continue working on your commission after you sent me the payment you will receive a full refund.2. If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. Same goes for any of the other payment options.3. If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Again, same goes for all the other payment options. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again. Additionally, a public beware will be made.
